چکیده
This study presents an extensive survey of the many surface treatments that may be given to natural fibers for use in advanced composites. When put into reality, primary disadvantages working through biological are increased level moisture intake possess as well their low dimensional stability. The fundamental purpose applying is optimize bonding strength pressure transferability composites made fibers. Natural fiber-strengthened polymer (NFPC) have overall mechanical qualities strongly dependent on morphological, aspect ratio, hydrophilic propensity, and high stiffness employed composite. Cellulosic being studied effects both before after used reinforcements thermoset thermoplastic polymers. Some chemicals utilized include alkalis, silane, acetyl, benzoylation, acrylation polyamide grafting, maleated linking agents, ammonium nitrate, peroxide, phenoxy, stearic acid, potassium chalcopyrite, triazine, synthetic derivatives fatty acids (oleoyl chloride), fungi. After chemical treatment, from organic stronger more dimensionally stable than untreated sample.

متن کاملEffect of Fiber Surface Treatment on Wear Characteristics of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polyamide 6 Composites
Ozone modification method and air-oxidation were used for the surface treatment of polyacrylonitrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber. The surface characteristics of carbon fibers were characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). The interfacial properties of carbon fiber reinforced polyamide 6 (CF/PA6) composites were investigated by means of the single fiber pull-out tests. As a result...
